Simon was great to deal with for our purchase. He always seems calm, relaxed and genuinely happy and that seems to make everything less stressful. We missed the 1st open showing for our home so Simon organised a private viewing during the week. One look and we knew it was the house we wanted, but Simon was also a great source of knowledge on the house itself as well as the surrounding area. We put in an offer and it was accepted. There was never any pressure or hard sell tactics. Simon was a pleasure to deal with and made the process enjoyable rather than stressful.
