Couldn’t speak more highly of Phil. He is an excellent sales agent, and was honest and up front from the start which helped manage expectations. There was always an open line of communication and his advice and recommendations were always point. Phil showed my property outside of business hours in his own time on a few occasion's which exceeded my expectations and shows a high level of service. Professional, very easy to deal with and would highly recommend.
