A Licensed Estate Agent since 2003, Richard success in the Launceston market made the decision for him to launch a boutique real estate company "Sims for Property" now a highly successful office. Friendly and Helpful

I found Richard and his team very helpful throughout the process of buying my house. I felt he was open and honest in the negotiation stage of settling on an agreed price that left both parties happy. I was able to contact Richard's office to follow up on some further enquiries regarding the house before the settlement date. I should note that I haven't quite reached the settlement date to be able to comment further and on how the settlement process went. Overall, I am very happy (so far) with the professionalism and communication that I have experienced in dealing with Richard and his team.

Selling my home
