Jamie helped us buy a house, then marketed and sold an investment property. Dealing with 4 tenants , and getting buyers thru was handled really well. We gave him a set of keys and stayed out of the way. The reporting after each inspection was thorough , and every time we made a comment or suggestion he followed thru.
