Minimalistic but most effective!

Richard Sims is a very smart operator. I'm most impressed with his minimalistic approach to office needs and his creative approach to generating leads. I hate to see money wasted in ostentatious and unnecesary display. None of the above should take away from his skill in negotiating a simple settlement between buyer and seller. I came away from our contract negotiations feeling that the needs of both buyer and seller had been recognised and accomodated. To date this has been one of the least painful exercises in real estate in which I have been involved. I must compliement Richard for this achievement. There are many mainland agencies who could learn much from his approach.
