Sisira Malawaraarachchi

Director/OEIC

sisira@sisirarealestate.com.au

About Sisira

I migrated to Australia from Sri Lanka in 1988 and have since built more than 35 years of business experience across a variety of industries. After over two decades working in real estate, I founded Sisira Real Estate in 2010 with a simple vision: to create a real estate business that feels personal, approachable, and genuinely client-focused. Having worked in larger agencies, I saw how the process often became transactional. I wanted to offer something different—a service built on real human connection, where trust and care are at the heart of every relationship. Honesty, reliability, and integrity have always guided my career, and they remain the foundation of Sisira Real Estate today. These values not only shape the way I lead but also the way our team supports clients, helping us build lasting relationships and a strong reputation within the community.

About us

Since 2010, Sisira Real Estate has been a proud family business built on Honesty, Reliability, and Integrity. Serving all suburbs across Melbourne, we specialise in both property sales and property management. For landlords, we deliver stress-free management – from finding quality tenants to protecting your investment and maximising returns. For sellers, our campaigns are clear, well-managed, and focused on achieving the highest possible price. We also offer free, genuine market appraisals backed by realistic, professional advice. At Sisira Real Estate, we treat every property as if it were our own.
