Telly Poulos, director of Sky Realty is my estate agent. Telly from Sky Realty is the second Estate agent who assisted me in my home sale. The first Estate Agent I have to let go for personal reason. Right from the beginning, Telly has been very transparent about the various costs involved so that I was fully aware of the cost. He is very emphatic about my situation and offered a costing which was very reasonable. After inspection, he will provide me with feedback with prospective buyers who were coming through. Most importantly he maintains a very positive throughout the process, even if there was no sale at the time. That has helped me a lot as selling a home can be a very stressful experience. Based on his experiences in selling real estate, he also offered advice which he thought would be helpful. I went along with most of his suggestions and for those suggestions that I did not take on board, Telly is always very respectful.
