Telly Poulos, director of Sky Realty, is probably the best agent I have worked with in nearly 30 years of practice as a solicitor in Parramatta. He brilliantly assisted with a very complex sale of a deceased property with the executor located in Melbourne and overseas beneficiaries. Telly kept everybody well informed of the progress with the listing and it was never too much trouble for him to arrange yet another inspection outside the open house hours. Telly was friendly yet professional and his positive attitude along with his honest and down to earth nature went a long way towards achieving a far better result that what had been expected by my clients in a slowing property market. It also made my job as a solicitor much much easier as I could trust he will do the right thing. When Telly said that he was going to do something, he just did it. I never had to call him twice. Generally, the rapport and trust Telly builds with his customers is second to none and this, together with his very polite and positive attitude, I believe, is a major point of difference.
