Awesome Agent
I would recommend Robyn to anyone. She made the purchase of our new home seemless and stress free especially since we were moving interstate. She listened to what we required in a home and found the exact match through her local knowledge, listening skills and constant communication. My favourite Agent!
Robyn is my ideal real estate agent: she was helpful and encouraging and informative from the moment I met her. I feel truly grateful for her positive encouragement and guidance. I was very keen to buy this unit but a little anxious as to how to proceed and whether I could keep a pet there but Robyn's enthusiasm and practical suggestions made all the difference. She emphasized the positive aspects and the opportunity to rent later, while remaining open and honest. Lovely guy. Very friendly.
Con was very personable and friendly. He acted professionally. In my opinion the way things are done in general needs to be looked at so people are not waiting if settlements are delayed due to human error. This is more a criticism of the real estate system in general and not Con, who always acted professionally despite the unfortunate circumstances.

genuine agent
James was genuine and sincere and always willing to look positively on the sales object. At times it could be better if less were said and as with all salespersons I have known, he was a little too openly looking for further business, though of course others do require this approach...I am sure he does what has been successful for himself in this regard. We did not sell through him, his client expressed objectivity issues when we chose the same conveyancer, so the same agent was a no-no.
