I take my reviews seriously and this is my experience and not yours. I am not related to Robyn and have no reason to praise her except for the sale she got for us. We tried to sell our unit for over 2 years and had a lot of time wasters. We were fed up and never thought it would sell. We didn't think anyone was interested in it and therefore were very skeptical that Robyn could do anything with it. But we trusted in her despite saying we would never use an agent. In the first viewing she secured a purchaser and that's it. Nothing more needs to be said and there really isn't anymore to it. She got top dollar which paid for her commission and we covered the advertising costs as well. So yes I do recommend her and would easily use her again.
