Located interstate we relied heavily on his communication skills. Bruce went above and beyond to act as an intermediary with our property managers and tenant to have the property presented, photographed and open for inspection. Bruce presented his expectations of value expected sale time based on the market and property itself, including the type of sale. After an atrocious experience with Harcourts who wasted 3 months, John was able to re-establish my faith in the using a Real Estate agent to sell my home. Very professional approach.
