"A seamless process"
As anyone who has sold a property, it can at times be stressful, however selling our house with Sadie was easy as it was seamless. Sadie obviously takes great pride in maintaining her reputation and subsequently, her honesty and integrity shone through. She told us what we needed to know, not what we needed to hear which was a real contributing factor to the successful sale of our home. I have been buying and selling property for around 30 years. Unfortunately i have never used the same agent twice. Sadie is the first Real estate agent i would use again. Sadie is a tough negotiator and on the most recent sale achieved the top end price in our selling range. I might add that the property in question was a real tough sell with tenants in possession. Outstanding work Ms White!

Janet was excellent agent
This is the second time we have engaged Janet to market a home for us and she has not let us down! On both occasions, she has been good to communicate with, listening to our perceptions, respecting our views, and providing excellent local knowledge to ensure a good campaign. The first home was sold within a few weeks, the second required only one open inspection. Janet followed up every interested lead diligently, and in a timely fashion.
