I’ve worked in real estate myself for 15 years interstate, so I’m really quite pedantic. Sadie was great! A genuine, honest, no BS, let’s get the job done kind of agent. She dealt with multiple family members because we were selling on behalf of another family member, she kept in regular contact after appointments/inspections to advise us, didn’t oversell it or try to talk the process up and was very accomodating. Got a good price (more than expected), good terms and overall just a pleasant, stress free, no bs experience. I don’t live here but know a lot of people in the area and will definitely refer in future.

I am so pleased I came across John when looking for an agent! I approached Smallacombe as I wanted to sell my off the plan apartment, I had no idea that it was possible to sell prior to settlement but John advised all of my options and that selling prior to settlement would save me paying stamp duty - big plus! John kept me updated on feedback and interest throughout, he was very prompt at answering my and potential buyers' questions and found a buyer before settlement which was a relief after a few tough years to have that all sorted. Even after the initial buyer created a difficult situation, John was not deterred and jumped straight into action keeping me in the loop the entire way. I was extremely happy with the end result and cannot thank John enough for all his hard work, he really went above and beyond as did his admin team. Professional, knowledgeable and committed to getting the job done. Would definitely recommend!!

She is very cheerful and professional. She has a profound market knowledge in this area. She has great communication skills. I was not happy for some agents before I bought this house. As you know on Saturday or Sunday Open Homes, it’s hard to get the one place to another due to the distance. It’s hard to see all the open homes. Because Sadie’s open home is 45 minutes, I can make to see this house. Usually open home is 20 minutes to half an hour, you hardly see any 45 minutes for Open Home. She is diligent, loves work and is a great communicator. I highly recommend her to anyone who is willing to buy or sell.

Bruce was my initial contact with Smallacombe when I decided to sell my house and move to a retirement village. From the beginning Bruce was very helpful and answered all my questions as they occurred to me. He also gave me a list of things to do - like informing friends and firms about change of address, thinking about changes to insurance, gas and electricity bills etc. He arranged photography of the inside and outside of the property causing me little disruption. Inspections were carried out with the minimum of fuss and I was kept informed of the numbers of viewers and the possible interest shown. The day of the auction went smoothly and the house was sold rapidly.
