Ika was an excellent agent and I just love her energy. She made the purchase possible and she was very persuasive in fulfilling all the requests. Even though usually she works 9-5 but she goes beyond those time to help me with this purchase and answering all of my calls outside the work hours. She was awesome agent to work with where she kept me informed and held my hand through out the whole purchase. She was always punctual and always delivered what she promised and more . Ika Yuniawati was recommended by a friend of mine when I bought my property around six years ago. I found her was being so genuinely helpful, knowledgeble and accommodating. When I informed her, she went to the property location to look for herself, she made the right contact, got information, and advised about the property. I was really satisfied with the excellent service provided. Then, before end of last year I was thinking about selling my property and buy another one with more bedrooms for my family. The first thing came to my mind was Ika, to help me to market it. As usual, her response was immediately. Besides a quick response, she's very organized, extensive market knowledge, as well as proven negotiation abilities and very reliable, in such a way so that I had peace of mind. In addition, she was also very responsive to find and recommend when there was a need to fix things on the property before it was being marketed. Not long after, just last month the deal was closed. After all, Ika is the person who does not hesitate to go an extra mile until everything done for her client. She was doing her job with full integrity.
