From start to finish of the sale process, Jon Smith was exceptional. The property we wished to sell is not your standard property. Jon knew the local market and the potential buyers extremely well. He advised us on preparing the property and he was totally across all legal aspects of the sale process. Jon was very active and prompt communicating with us and the conveyancing team.
