Patrick was our property manager when we rented out our house, securing a tenant quickly, at a good price and without any fuss. When we came to sell, he was informative and gave us excellent advice on when to list to maximise our chance of selling promptly, as well as guiding us on a reasonable sale price. We were very happy with the price we sold for and the process was incredibly smooth. Because we were so impressed with his knowledge of real estate and his efficiency in dealings, we then secured him as our buyer's agent when we purchased our next property.
