Listed my property 3 times in total, previous agent was considered Elite and specialised in the area I was selling and was good at negotiating but had terrible marketing, the second agent I went with dominated the area with marketing however lacked the skills to negotiate a better price. I remember the first time we spoke I said to Megan "I have never sold a house before, I really have no idea where to start". Megan worked very hard to position my property in an environment where buyers were very selective in what they wanted and hard to convince.
