Megan worked very hard to position my property in an environment where buyers were very selective in what they wanted and hard to convince. My property received good exposure and she slowly built it to a point where buyers were pursuing it. The most important critique I can provide is that Megan listened to what I was looking to achieve and her marketing and sales strategy never deviated from the client’s instructions.
