I'd give her five stars for Excellent (I can't click on it!) Elize was punctual for the inspection and very helpful showing us around and answering questions we had. She knew all the answers too! She knew the property well. She had very good communication and customer skills. We had great confidence in her as a reliable, honest agent. She answered texts, calls and emails promptly. It was simply a delight dealing with her.

I first met Andrew while attending an open home for another townhouse in the complex. I explained I was looking at what improvements they had made as I was considering selling. Andrew offered to come and view my property and provide an valuation. He came fully prepared with research about my property's possible price as well as recent sales in the area. I signed with Belle and Andrew as I felt he was educated on the market and he would do a good job. Throughout the process, he has worked very hard to promote my property and negotiate with potential buyers. He has been very easy to deal with and was always willing to answer my questions. Andrew has been positive and realistic about offers and worked incredibly hard to secure me a contract. I would absolutely recommend Belle and Andrew to anyone looking to sell their property. I give Andrew an A+ for his efforts. If he was my student, he would be receiving valedictorian of the class.
