Initially I was apprehensive about the process of selling my townhouse, never having sold a property before & thinking it wasn’t in a great location (on a main road) & it wasn’t brand new. However as soon as I met Andrew, I knew he was right guy for the job! Andrew made the whole process so easy. He gave advice when asked for & was very clear and communicative, & I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Andrew helped us with advice on the basic cosmetic work to be done on the property so that it was ready for sale & his lovely partner styled the property perfectly (to fit the character of the home).
