I felt that he did not regard me (buyer) as a potential customer in his future. I understand that agents are for the seller side as that's where they are paid. However, some agents who have good communication skill and people skill, they make buyer as a customer in the future. I did not feel that Andrew had this skill. It was not a pleasant/enjoyable experience when I tried to negotiate the price with him. I felt that he was rude at some point. Some respect and caring words were all I needed.
