I would like to massively thank Andrew for helping me sell my investment property in Tarragindi. The property had been tenanted for the past few years and with the age of the building, there were numerous wear and tear bits and pieces that need to be attended to, in order to prepare the property for sale. Andrew helped me project manage the tricky repairs and furnish the property in a timeframe much quicker than I would have ever been able to especially living in another state. I felt that he did not regard me (buyer) as a potential customer in his future. I understand that agents are for the seller side as that's where they are paid. However, some agents who have good communication skill and people skill, they make buyer as a customer in the future. I did not feel that Andrew had this skill. It was not a pleasant/enjoyable experience when I tried to negotiate the price with him. I felt that he was rude at some point. Some respect and caring words were all I needed.
