My wife and I have bought and sold many properties for ourselves and investment properties over the last 30 years and we have dealt with many agents but Andrew is by far the best we have ever had to deal with. We interviewed 4 agents to sell our home at Carindale but Andrew stood out as a very knowledgeable and very professional agent who knew the area and what people wanted. Andrew was very understanding of our needs and his staff was second to none especially his stylist who transferred our home into a show piece for the photo shoot for the internet. We sold our home for top dollars on the first open home with 36 families through and 10 offers in the first day, we singed the contract on day 1. My wife and myself couldn't be any happier and we will recommend Andrew to our friends and family.

We met with 4 other agents before settling on Andrew Oostenbrink to market and sell our property. Andrew stood head and shoulders above them all in terms of his professionalism, approach and style. For me it’s important that an agent speaks to both parties involved in the sale – not just the “man of the household”. So feeling involved from the beginning was incredibly important to me. Not only that Andrew was patient and kind with our 5 year old who was excited to see him every single visit. Andrew marketed our property really well – from arranging styling for the photo shoot down to the wording in the advertising. Our property was on a busy road which can turn people off. But by the second open home we had an incredible offer and it was all systems go! He was on hand to attend our property whilst we were at work to ensure finance and building/pest conditions were met which meant looking after our dog whilst inspectors/valuers were on site. I can certainly say Chester is a big fan of Andrew’s too (the photos prove it). At one point it looked like things were going to be delayed but Andrew worked his magic and within 14 days we were unconditional and less than 3 weeks later we had the money in the bank (more than we hoped for too). Thanks so much for being so engaging, involved, available and patient. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Andrew and hope we can buy one of his properties in the future (we know you’re style now Andrew so look out). We will 100% use Andrew again for any future property sales and would definitely recommend him and his team. Thanks Andrew – you are our favourite agent :-)

Andrew went above and beyond in helping us get the maximum insurance payout when the house got flooded with a burst pipe while vacant and about to be listed. His knowledge with building and drive to get us the best possible price was well worth the higher fee, and also included the styling of the house for free, which all up, I believe we ended up with alot more in our pocket than we could have with any of the other agents we spoke to with lower fees, as well as alot less stress after the flooding happened, because Andrew's experience with issues like this and his drive to sell the best possible house without costing us much money to fix it, was a godsend.
