He gives you accurate expectations of the other party and is happy to go back and forth without showing any signs of frustration during negotiation process. Interactions with him and his team are quick and efficient. I highly recommend Andrew's services for all types of buyers specially for those who are new in the market and don't realize how tricky some property purchases can be .
