We had been searching for a house for some time. Most of the houses that we looked at, we would go back for second and third inspections before deciding to make an offer. Andrew was so knowledgeable about the property, that we made an offer after 20 minutes of being inside. He not only knew the property, he knew the area and what had sold that was comparable, making us very comfortable. He also was very open with his communication and representing the owners... he let us know straight away that our initial offer wasn't going to hit the mark, and because of his knowledge we were comfortable to offer more. Definitely the best agent we dealt with by far!
