The current property manager (Amy) shows initiative, is timely in her responses, gets things done, is informative, knowledgeable and contactable. Amy presents well and is positive in her approach. Previous experiences with Soco left a lot to be desired. Responses were tardy if there was a response. I had to frequently had to chase responses to queries left unanswered. In fact I had already prepared the paperwork and lined up another agent in order to move away from Soco. When Amy took over the property management I decided to stay as we finally had someone who comes across as capable of managing the property.

Their prompt responses to my questions was what first attracted me to Soco. I've now been dealing with them for a few months and have no hesitation in recommending them. I'm impressed with their even- handedness with both the owner and the tenant (me), taking the initiative to make sure the property is well- maintained. They seem to treat me as an individual, not just a name on a rent roll.

I have used SOCO in South Perth for many years to look after my property and keep it safe and leased out. I have found them to be professional and helpful with a sound knowledge of the area and always call and/or email to keep me up to date with any major changes. I leave everything to them and they see to rental, insurance, repairs and body corporate payments for me so I don't have to deal with it. I live in a different state so knowing my property is being looked after is a great help to me. I am always kept abreast of anything important and i am provided with detailed inspection reports with photos on a regular basis. I highly recommend SOCO to take good care of your property.
