The high level of professionalism, market insights, hard work, going above the call of duty, friendliness and the incredible outcomes I have achieved due to the work that Ashleigh and Ally have done for me has been even more than I'd expected. They had a large number of prospective tenants through my house which is on a giant dirty sand pit and needing much landscaping, in a lower socio economic area and is currently not presenting well. They were able to communicate with prospective tenants in way so they could see what the place was going to look like once the work is complete. This generated incredible interest and from a $350,000 investment they were able to achieve a $450 per week rent which is a remarkable outcome for me given the massive yield! Can't recommend them more highly :)

When you first talk to Kasey you directly know that she is an agent that you would like to deal with. Kasey is so professional in the way she discusses matters about the property and also knowledgeable and gave us advice about what to do with our existing property.
