Bill has always been pleasant to deal with. He gives his honest appraisal and opinion, which is realistic and not overly optimistic. This is important when we are heavily invested emotionally in an asset that is our life savings as a vendor. As a buyer/ someone attending the home open, he is friendly and not over-bearing, which makes liaising him a pleasure. Hence why I chose him to sell my property.
