I was very happy when I went to view the apartment and the knowledge the agent had about the apartment. The property was well presented and looked after, which reflects their standards. I am happy with the service of Soco, and Amy has been so helpful. I have emailed with questions or difficulties and she has been quick in replying and try to find a solution. Communication by email and in person is good but I the app continues not to work - don't think it's Soco's fault though!

Soco reality we’re very professional in the renting of the unit. No fault with any of the legalities however we are very disappointed they did not disclose the top unit was going to be under renovation for the next three months. It is quite noisy at times.
