It was smoth and easy process from beggining to the end. Bill was very responsive to all our quireies (as first home byuers we had many) and communication was outstanding. We needed to visit property several times before settlement to get qupotes for renovation being planned, and Bill was very helpfull with organizing these visits. Very positive overall experience

Bill was very pleasant to deal with. We booked a second inspection and wrote up the offer the same day - it was accepted that night. He was in regular contact throughout the purchasing process, any items on the building report were dealt with quickly and he was flexible about giving us access to measure up for some reno's. All in all stress free and we are very happy in our new home.

Bill provided my wife and I with terrific service acting as our agent when we were selling our family home. Bill was always accommodating to meeting with us at convenient times - given that we both worked full time. He was honest in terms of where he felt our house sat in the market and was constantly speaking to us about 'selling strategies'. Bill was able to secure us a very good price in a "buyer's market" and was able to negotiate a long settlement for us so that we didn't have rent until our new home was ready to move into. After many years looking for a larger house in South Perth I would often see Bill at 'home opens' in the area. I was always impressed with his friendly, relaxed attitude and the way he asked questions without being pushy or intrusive. He was also very knowledgable about the area and would call us if he thought a new to market house would interest us. When we finally found our ideal home and it was time to sell our old home I knew that Bill would be the best agent to sell it. Incredibly he sold our house the first week it came on the market and even before the first home open! So the house selling experience was very easy for us and handled very professionally.
