We relied on Keryn considerably since the last house we sold was in 1964 and things were done a little differently in those days. Keryn was able to assist in every aspect of the procedure and fully explained each step so we knew exactly what was required and when. in selling my dads home keryn was very pleasant and professional. We were advised price range for sale of home. We felt communication re open homes etc and any of our concerns re sale were only fair. Also we felt as keryn worked for us and new buyer our price for house could have been better due to conditions of sale.
