in selling my dads home keryn was very pleasant and professional. We were advised price range for sale of home. We felt communication re open homes etc and any of our concerns re sale were only fair. Also we felt as keryn worked for us and new buyer our price for house could have been better due to conditions of sale. Again communication to let us know how things were progressing was not good and we were disappointed with this. But thankfully the house was sold and we were happy with keryn for successful outcome.
