We relied on Keryn considerably since the last house we sold was in 1964 and things were done a little differently in those days. Keryn was able to assist in every aspect of the procedure and fully explained each step so we knew exactly what was required and when. Keryn was always at the property whenever others came for inspections and this gave us confidence. She said she could sell it in a fortnight but she was a bit out as it sold on the weekend. A number of prospective buyers came through on the Saturday, one made an offer on Sunday and the contract was signed on Monday. Keryn said the property could be sold without any effort on our part which is what we wanted and this is exactly what happened.
