Shanti has been a pleasure to deal with in selling our property. Her professional no nonsense honest approach is refreshing. From the outset Shanti established a realistic baseline valuation based on current market conditions and then set about achieving a result. The one thing that stood out in dealing with Shanti was that she didn't try to get the listing by setting unrealistic price expectations and then ratcheting down. It was the reverse, realistic expectation and try to outperform, which she did!! We are very happy with the whole process and have no hesitation in highly recommending Shanti to get the job done.
