Ben was truly a joy to work with, given how stressful selling a home can be. He was a brilliant communicator, strategist and such a lovely person. His calm, very positive demeaner, and constant assurances throughout this period was truly appreciated, and gave us the confidence that he was the absolute right person for the job. Ben is superstar and we’re thank him so much for achieving the price we did.

We’d done a bit of research before selling with Shanti. I’d had a couple of friends contact several agents in Swansea by phone and email. Shanti’s responses and response time impressed. I had a friend who’s a mortgage broker ask around his contacts and opinions of Shanti were high. Made the decision and am not regretting it. Shanti’s drive and work ethic are very impressive. Her communication with my wife and I was great. The sale price was well in excess of my expectations. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Shanti was absolutely 'switched on' about the market, what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale to maximise the sale price, and incredibly committed to work very closely with us by always assuring us that we would achieve the best price...even when we doubted it was possible...and we did...thank you so much Shanti.

I have bought and sold with Shanti a number of times, I am never disappointed. Shanti works harder than any agent I know to get the best result every time. Most importantly she operates with integrity and the highest of ethics which is rare in the Real Estate industry. I would not list or have my property managed by any other agent than Shanti and Ben from Sold Real Estate

A little slow to start then got straight into getting great results and plenty of people through. Worked very hard to secure the sale. Would highly recommend
