While I never met Andrew in person he was personable, guided me through decisions by sharing his experiences and contacts, and supported my choices when I sometimes decided otherwise. I was kept up to date with open homes and private showings, when the market had slowed we talked options re returning the place to a rental even though that would have meant no sale, and ultimately Andrew found a buyer and negotiated the right price for me. His service even extended to liasing with and giving tradies / other suppliers, access to the premises which greatly took a load off me. Overall very happy with Andrew and the outcome. Our family have bought and sold a number of properties through Andrew, he has been very easy to work with, over a number of years, and found him realistic, upfront and honest regarding the market and the houses being offered for sale or being purchased, always professional with a personal touch. The sale of our family home was by auction, a process we were unfamiliar with and we had a few concerns about the unknown.
