Our family have bought and sold a number of properties through Andrew, he has been very easy to work with, over a number of years, and found him realistic, upfront and honest regarding the market and the houses being offered for sale or being purchased, always professional with a personal touch. The sale of our family home was by auction, a process we were unfamiliar with and we had a few concerns about the unknown. Ben James not unlike bond himself was a very professional agent. I have dealt with many of real estate agents in the past but it is very rare that you can find one with fantastic communication skills. It was very reassuring that whenever I had a question weather it was via email, text or call I would promptly be answered. No waiting hours or days.
