Patient, Professional and Supportive Throughout

Honest and straightforward making the selling process seem easy

Ben James of Solely Properties was recommended to me and every quality backing that recommendation was brought to bear. Ben is a down to earth communicator, helpful and understanding of his client. Ben good to work with.

Ben was knowledgeable about the current property market, the types of people who would likely to be interested. He gave me help with what tradesmen to employ andto get my property ready with out undo expense. ( I followed his advice about not having a stylist) Ben is a good negotiator and is prompt and reliable I had great confidence in his ability to sell my property. In fact I was very surprised at how quickly my house sold. As we were going through the process he kept me up to date with what was going on.

Quick to market, highly organised, and excellent co-ordination

We had a great experience working with Andrew from Soley Properties. He was incredibly efficient in getting our home on the market quickly, which made a big difference in maintaining early momentum. He went above and beyond by coordinating and attending photography and contractor appointments on our behalf, taking a lot of pressure off us during a busy time. Throughout the process, Andrew was professional and reliable. His unique sellers live App provided us with live updates, open home results, and buyer feedback, which gave us great reassurance and kept us informed every step of the way. It was also clear he works with a high-quality team who all contributed to a smooth and well-managed experience. We really appreciated his support on another successful sale for us.
