Our experience with Andrew started with the professionalism, courtesy and genuine friendliness shown to us when we bought our new property from him (he was the agent for the vendor). Impressed with his service, we asked if he would sell our house for us. Andrew took carriage of the situation and swiftly arranged for our property to get on the market. He promptly answered any queries we had along the way and successfully liaised with our solicitor. Andrew covered the cost of our auction (the auctioneer's fee) since, for some reason, there was little interest from buyers in this. Within a few days, however, Andrew successfully negotiated with two interested parties leading to a sale which was above our highest expectations. In short, it would be hard to come up with any kind of fault in the service that Andrew and his team have provided in selling our house.
