Melanie got us a sale so quickly it made my head spin. She is helpful responsive and efficient. Her rental manager, Tara, is also very nice and nothing you ask is a problem. Tara also helped us get a quick result on the sale. Old fashioned country service. Common years ago, now not so much. Highly recommended. Thank you Melanie and Tara.

We recently purchased our first home through Melanie. We arranged to view the house within a couple of days of listing. Melanie was great with communication and helped us out through the process. We had heard non-stop horror stories about real estate agents, but Melanie completely put us at ease and made us feel very comfortable.

I cannot express how happy we have been with Melanie and her team. They were very professional, helpful and nothing was a problem. Their communication was great and we couldn't have gotten though the process without her help and reassurance in what was a challening situation. We thoughly recommend Melanie and Somerset Realestate. Once again thanks Melanie.

There are many challenges when selling a family home but Melanie's astute skills at understanding the property and our needs as sellers exceeded our expectations. She knew how to present the home, guided us through the preparations with local service providers and achieved an excellent sale price for the home in a short, sharp campaign. Her relaxed, supportive personal manner is supported by an insightful understanding of the market and an ability to make all the legal and contractual processes run smoothly. An absolute delight to deal with - highly recommended!

We have now sold 2 homes using Mel as our agent and also purchased 2 through her. Best agent we have ever dealt with. Great communication, nothing is too much trouble and she listens to what you want. She knows the area inside out and if what you are looking for exists, she will find it for you. I have complete trust in Mel. Its lovely to deal with someone so authentic ( rare these days!) and hubby and I have no hesitation in recommending her to others. Ken and Robyne Glegg.
