Looking to buy a house in a new state can be very daunting, From the first day I attended an open house Melanie was very welcoming and informative. once our offer was accepted on the house Melanie and our solicitor assisted with the sale procedures. Thank you, Melanie, for all your help. We have settled in very well.

Melanie was fantastic from the word go ! As we were both new to the housing market and were unfamiliar with the local area she was invaluable for us making a decision . Melanie was extremely knowledgeable of the local area and the current market, she was very friendly and approachable going above and beyond to help answer any questions we had from the initial viewing of the property right through to the final purchase of the house, making herself available at all times, even over the weekend. Melanie kept us informed every step of the way making the house purchase a stress free experience. 😊

We have owned a couple of rental properties over the years which Melanie managed in a thoroughly professional but caring manner and it made us confident to know she was looking after our houses. When it cam time to sell, Melanie was the first person we went to. She took care of everything and sold our property quickly and at a price we were thrilled with. We could not recommend Melanie more!

Mel was terrific. She was incredibly knowledgeable not just of the process of buying but of the people in the area that could arrange things like pest and building inspections. Really grateful to have had her for my first purchase.
