Whilst at a viewing with Craig and Kerrie, we were having a conversation about what we were looking for in a property, after having looked at several over the past few months. Craig asked if we were going to the open house of the property they were showing next, which we had not seen listed. Without putting any pressure on us at all, Craig described the property, which sounded like one we definitely needed to see. At the open house, Craig and Kerrie answered every question we raised or found out the answer to more specific questions for us. After spending more than an hour at the property, being afforded the time and space to thoroughly look at every aspect, and meeting the owner builder, we felt very comfortable in sitting down, discussing the process going forward and decided to make an offer. We spent the best part of 3 years developing an incredible family forever home, and it wasn’t any task my by any measure. We had a vision 12years earlier and completed it in 2024. The decision to sell wasn’t an easy one with all the effort and thought gone into its design and execution. I approached Dean as he shared that vision through our build process and knew we had something special. I have built many homes and each sale was just a transaction, this was different. Dean took onboard all of our suggestions and also added his twist to the sale process. We are absolutely thrilled with the result achieved and as result have built a strong long lasting relationship going forward with all our developments now. It was the most seemless process dealing with Dean and the team. They know prestige and they know the market and buyer profile.
