Great honest agent!
You could ask for no better agent. Chris is very honest and open and goes the extra mile for you. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Keeps you well informed on any leads. He has a great sense of humor and always seeks the best for you. With agreed costs there are no hidden surprises and his rates are very reasonable. We cannot recommend Chris highly enough.

Fantastic Agent!
We knew we had picked the right agent! From the day we had Chris appraise our home right up until settlement date he was always available to take our calls and answer any questions we had. The constant communication made the selling process alot less stressful. The knowledge Chris has of the current market and the southern area helped us achieve the price we were after. Fantastic agent, second to none!
When selling my property I spoke with three separate real estate agents to make sure I found an agent I was happy to work with. Chris was head and shoulders above the rest on all accounts. Chris' pitch was complete, informative and he put absolutely no pressure on me to sign up at all. After speaking with him I was certain he was the right agent to sell my property. His market knowledge is fantastic, and he employs all of the modern approaches to selling a property. Chris was really focused on the specific marketing requirements of the property and was always thinking of the best channels to market. Chris also has an extremely strong social media presence, and as a result he was able to sell my property through Facebook, saving me thousands in marketing costs. Throughout the whole sales process Chris' attitude was very much a partnership. At no point did I feel like I was paying for anything that I didn't need to, and I felt like Chris always had my best interests in mind. Chris even recommended against certain marketing strategies that I spoke about as they weren't appropriate for my property. Chris was very efficient at liaising with all of the parties involved during the contract process, and was happy to be available outside of the usual business hours for any queries I had. I've been through the sales process on four of my properties now, and the service Chris provided was easily the best service I've experienced. I would highly recommend Chris O'Brien to anyone selling a property.
