We used Chris o Brien as our agent to sell our house in Moana. We originally got a couple of appraisals but gave the job to Chris. We We're extremely happy with the whole process from the NO obligation appraisal to handing the over the keys. He saved us thousands as his FIXED fee is second to none. Chris took 3 days off for his & His Wives Anniversay (selfish I know) where Julie (office) and David (Agent) stepped in and were just as professional.
