Going through a difficult financial time and in desperate need for the sale of our 2 properties and having had 3 different real estate agencies involved for over 15 months with the sales and having no positive result, we got Nic Cullinane involved and in less than 2 weeks, both our properties were sold ! ! We found Nic to be very friendly plus knowledgeable about the properties we looked at and had a great general knowledge about Hamilton and surrounding areas. I think he was truthful and didn't try to mask any problems about the properties we looked at. His replies to texts we sent to him were almost immediate and he was keen to arrange for us to have another look at and take photos of the interested property in a very timely manner.
