In early October last year we decided to downsize from our property at Allans Flat in NE Victoria, we decided to look at houses in Hamilton and Mt Gambier to be closer to family in South Australia. We looked at properties on line and contacted 2 agents in Hamilton and arranged to look at a number of houses in the last week of that month. After looking at several houses with another agent, we met Trish after lunch and looked at several more, Trish by discussing our needs ascertained the type of property we were after, and although the properties we had looked at met some but not all our requirements Trish took us to a house that was not yet on the market, we looked from the outside, indicated we liked what we saw and Trish arranged for us to see the house later in the afternoon. Needless to say the house ticked all the boxes, and we made an offer and purchased the house the next day. Everything then just happened so smoothly thanks to Trish, who organised building and pest inspections. We moved to Hamilton in February 2018, and we are enjoying our home and Hamilton a beautiful city, with good shopping, excellent medical facilities and schools. John & Robyn
