Helpful and friendly
The agency was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me find an apartment. It was especially stressful as I was moving due to a new job from a different city and the agent (Samantha) was kind enough to video conference a showing for me. I had some unpleasant interactions with other agencies but Sovereign has been extremely accommodating and understanding.

Friendly, easy to deal with, agent.
I was initially looking to buy but couldn't find a place that I liked enough to buy, but a rental caught my eye that was perfect. Hopefully it comes up for sale in the near future 😉. Being a shift worker, working many hundreds of kms from home base, can be very difficult when it comes to finding a new residence. I found the people at Sovereign made the process a whole lot easier and I would highly recommend them.

Helpful, personal service!
Samantha at Sovereign Property went the extra mile to find me the right place. Having tried with larger agencies & found myself just another person in a sea of lookers with junior, very bored-looking staff seemingly unwilling to help, or being directed to deal only online or via text, it made a massive difference to actually have someone willing to help and clearly respecting both me and home-owners. Highly recommended!
