Excellent!
So impressed with the level of communication and willingness to help we received from Annette in a somewhat complicated application. Despite the situation requiring a much larger workload than the usual application, nothing seemed to much trouble. Really impressed, would certainly not hesitate to recommed and use SPP and specifically Annette in any future real estate dealings.

Professional and courteous - great service!
The service, courtesy and prompt replies from all the staff at Sovereign Property Partners has been a worthwhile experience in securing a rental property. The difficulty in finding a rental property in a quick time frame and being 1700km away was made so much easier by offering virtual inspections and follow up on small things like measurement of the fridge space etc. I would thoroughly recommend this company to provide professional and friendly services!

Amazing Service!
I had a hard time finding a house in Toowoomba, given the rental market is so competitive at this stage. I had almost a dozen rejections and was beyond frustrated and desperate. I had applied to one of the houses in Sovereign Property Partners, but it quite did not fit my requirements, so I asked Annette, the property manager to notify me when anything becomes available. She regularly updated me about the new houses on the market that met my requirements, and made the application process very smooth. After I sent all the documents, she processed the application within a day, and that surely has been a huge, huge relief. Thanks to Annette and SPP, you have been a life saver!

Quick and simple
