From the very start Wayne made this entire experience so smooth and efficient. Having been able to reach out to (and hear back from) Wayne at any given time, I always received clear answers for my multitude of questions and those he was unable to answer he gathered the information in a very timely manner. Any issues that may have arisen were rapidly remedied which again made for smooth sailing.
