Sam helped us in getting the best deal for our new apartment. He is very active in communication between his client and buyer. He had gone an extra mile and provided us with a gift card to cover off some of the BPC issues, in order to take the deal to successful settlement. He is also very friendly and we could open up about our requirements, he is very patient and doesn't push anyone. We're delighted to purchase our first home through Sam and we highly recommend him for properties related matters.

We had spoken with Sam previously and found that his knowledge of the area was very good, and that is why we went with him and his team. We had an offer on our first open, not where we wanted it to be, and we thought it would go nowhere. Sam persevered over the next couple of weeks and got that offer up to a figure we were happy with. I have no words for the outstanding level of service provided, it was just amazing!!!
