Same was excellent, worked with the purchasers to help the process of the sale, did everything possible to make the journey easier for the purchaser. as a seller, i had already accepted the price, therefore he only needed to keep me informed, and keep everything moving to the conclusion we all wanted. he was excellent in his communication, and execution right to the end.
