I worked with Sam for a period of time for the sale of my property at Spring Hill.... Same was excellent, worked with the purchasers to help the process of the sale, did everything possible to make the journey easier for the purchaser. as a seller, i had already accepted the price, therefore he only needed to keep me informed, and keep everything moving to the conclusion we all wanted. he was excellent in his communication, and execution right to the end. Highly recommended, Colette

We approached Sam to purchase the Unit and it has been a wonderful experience considering his communication, market knowledge and professionalism has been above expectations. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions, the support provided was excellent.

It was a pleasure working with Sam on the sale of my unit in Spring Hill. Sam was instrumental in getting my sale over the line. I had another agent attempt to sell my unit for 12 months. Sam took over at that point and sold my unit in 2 open homes! I'm happy to personally vouch for Sam's professional and passionate approach to his work.

Sam was a very active agent and engaged with us very well. He sold our property in 4 days at the price we wanted. We highly recommend Sam to any prospective seller.

I contacted a number of agents, and after reviewing their responses decided Sam was clearly my best option. Went with that, and was not disappointed. He gave me in depth advice on strategies for the sale, and these proved to be correct. The time on market and price realised were all in line with what he had predicted.

Sam was the original agent when we purchased an investment apartment in 2013 and his professionalism made it an easy choice for us to engage him for the sale. He has a great admin team with Taylor and Rhiannon and we were kept well informed during the process. Sam's knowledge of the market conditions enabled us to secure a buyer within our required timeline and a quick settlement. Easy to deal with and a great communicator. We highly recommend his services.
