Angus got us an awesomne result in a tricky market
Angus took on the sale of our difficult steep site in Highgate Hill. He worked with us closely, focussed on the unique positive selling points of the property and ran a 6 week Auction campaign. Despite the fact that there were only a few interested parties in our block of land due to its tricky topography, Angus professionally negotiated with the eventual Purchasers and achieved a good result that we decided to accept on the day of the Auction. We would highly recommend Angus to anybody looking to sell property in the 4101 area.

A Very Professional Agent

Helpful & practical
Angus was so easy to deal with and really made the whole experience excellent. He was easy to communicate with, returned calls and messages quickly and went out of his way to be helpful. He has a calm and practical approach with no need for stupid game playing. Best agent I have dealt with (and I was house hunting for over 4 months straight so dealt with a lot of agents).
